Frame is welded with thick-walled rectangular steel pipes, which have a strong load-bearing capacity and are not easy to deform. The bed is removable for easy transport.
Is equipped with an automatic blowing device, and the sheared weld can be blown off automatically.
Adopts domestic well-known brand servo CNC system, the four-corner welding unit will pass the window profile code and length and width size to the corner cleaning unit, automatically retrieve the processing program, and automatically rotate and clean according to the window size.
Corner cleaning unit can be used as a stand-alone machine, and the window frame can be manually rotated to clean the four welded corner joints.
Saw blade milling cutter adopts spindle motor, upper and lower weld cleaning adopts pull blade type, standard equipped with 9 sets of tools, which can realize the rapid cleaning of the upper/lower plane, façade, upper/lower rubber groove, upper/lower inner corner bevel and glass groove straight face of the window.
Is equipped with a USB port, which can realize the rapid copying of multiple programs, and is equipped with a handheld remote control, which can realize manual teach-in programming and automatically realize the production and processing program.
Can realize arc interpolation and linear interpolation, and can store the processing programs of thousands of profiles, which is an essential equipment for large door and window enterprises to carry out multi-variety and large-scale corner seam cleaning.
