The machine body adopts a heavy-duty frame welded structure. The CNC system uses a Taiwan Syntec four-axis CNC system to control the machine tool's motion parts. Imported servo motors and servo drives are used, which result in fast positioning speed, smooth operation, and fault self-diagnosis function.
Thanks to its advanced CNC system, this machine can simultaneously meet various processing needs such as drilling, milling, chamfering, and planar engraving. The four-axis head uses an original Italian OLIspeed air-cooled tool-changing spindle, enabling machining at any angle from -90° to 90°, and features automatic tool changing and automatic tool setting functions.
The CNC system configuration file storage unit can store tens of thousands of different machining program files, which can be freely accessed by the operator during on-site production, providing convenience and speed. The CNC system itself has functions such as fault detection, breakpoint recovery, and power failure recovery. The control system adopts a modular structure, facilitating maintenance and repair on the production site.
