This is a fully automatic machining center capable of cutting and milling aluminum and PVC profiles. Equipped with a state-of-the-art CNC system, it performs fully automated processing and features an automatic feeding function. It offers high operating speeds and high output, thereby maximizing labor savings.
Feature
This production line is mainly used for cutting, drilling and milling of thermally-insulated aluminum door and window profiles and some industrial aluminum profiles. The production line first performs hole drilling, milling and line engraving on the four sides of the profile, and then cuts the profile at ±45° and 90°.
This production line can complete the processing of injection holes, pin holes, drainage holes, corner guards, handle holes, lock boxes, door lock body holes, installation holes and other hole positions and profile cutting of system door and window profiles in one loading.
Fast three-channel processing: realize simultaneous drilling, milling and cutting processing, the five-station high-speed drilling and milling electric spindle unit can realize four-sided processing of the profile, quickly complete the drilling and milling of various holes and slots, and the high-precision spindle motor cutting unit can cut any combination of 45°90° angles at both ends of the door and window aluminum profiles with high efficiency.
Support batch processing or mixed processing of various door and window profiles (frames, sashes, middle stiles, screen sashes).
The production line supports data docking with door and window design software to realize intelligent online production.
Equipped with a bar code printer, it can print material identification in real time and automatically stick it to the profile surface to realize process information identification, which is convenient for material management and connection with the enterprise ERP management software.
Equipped with a waste output device, it prevents the accumulation of waste and causes site pollution, and improves the production environment.
