CNC four head corner crimping production line is a fully automatic CNC equipment used for servo synchronous CNC corner crimping of aluminum doors and windows. This equipment is equipped with 48 servo motors and consists of three sections. The front end is the feeding and conveying section, the middle is the corner crimping section, and the rear end is the discharging and conveying section. All three sections can be controlled by CNC and can be connected to the front and rear ends without manual operation.
Features
Support scanning code connection processing, with memory saving function, only one programming is needed, and later making the same profile only requires retrieving the program. Servo control, synchronized angle setting, no misalignment, CNC tool adjustment, high efficiency, large processing range.
No need to make a separate knife, it can achieve misalignment and two-point cutting forms, and the tool replacement is convenient and fast.
The feeding section, corner crimping section, and discharge end are conveyed by synchronous belts of equal height and speed, with servo opening and closing, which can achieve continuous corner crimping processing of doors and windows.
All workstations have servo adjustment without manual intervention, and the knife synchronization is good. Adopting servo torque control to ensure the depth and accuracy of the cutting tool.
Configure an industrial computer for control, apply data exchange technology, and can be matched with sawing centers, milling centers, and other equipment to achieve assembly line operations.
